Obama’s Contraception Deception

Obama has contempt for constitution.

Contraception, an issue created out of thin air. An issue that not only wasn’t an issue, but nobody and I mean nobody was talking about it… until 1/7/2012. That’s when George Stephanopoulos asked this question, “Governor Romney, do you believe that states have the right to ban contraception? Or is that trumped by a constitutional right to privacy?“ WTF? Where did that come from? Now we know.

On 1/20/2012 the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius released a statement. A statement forcing

…health insurance plans to cover preventive services for women including recommended contraceptive services without charging a co-pay, co-insurance or a deductible.

Out of the goodness of their hearts though it does give religious organizations an extra year to figure out how to violate their religious beliefs:

…nonprofit employers who, based on religious beliefs, do not currently provide contraceptive coverage in their insurance plan, will be provided an additional year, until August 1, 2013, to comply with the new law.

A direct assault on the first amendment. The First Amendment of the Constitution in no uncertain terms says that, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” The One and his administration are now attempting to take our eyes off of the total violation of the constitution and the threat to all of our liberties that this HHS mandate is. They have decided to just lie and make this about republicans wanting to deny women access to contraception. Again I ask… WTF?

Timothy P. Carney over at the Washington Examiner says it best:

It’s hard to recall a political cause as dependent on dishonesty as the support for Kathleen Sebelius’s ObamaCare contraception mandate. Mandate proponents attack opponents for wanting to ban contraception, or at least for “politicizing” contraception.

Don’t fall for the deception. The lies from The One’s administration will continue and they are counting on you to remain silent. Silence is no longer an option if you ask me. The fact that no one wants to ban contraception or deny women access to it makes no difference to Dear Leader. Obama and his administration will continue telling you that lie until you cry B.S. and let him know you’re on to him.

Violating the constitution and stealing your liberties are not minor issues. They are the true issues surrounding the contraception deception. Do not fall for the lies, stand up for your liberties and freedoms.

Obama Tells Catholics Their Faith Doesn't Matter

The One is definitely feeling froggy lately. He has decreed through the Health and Human Services Department that all employers are required (with a very few exceptions) to provide health insurance to their employees which includes subsidized contraception, sterilization and coverage for abortion-inducing drugs.

Churches are exempt but religious institutions, like Catholic universities and hospitals, or other Christian institutions would be forced to violate their conscience by cooperating with something they believe is wrong. Right now many of these places purchase health-insurance plans which don’t provide free coverage of these services. However this is Obama’s will:

…HHS has issued a rule forcing nearly all private health plans to include coverage for all FDA-approved prescription contraceptive drugs and devices, as well as surgical sterilization. These are listed among “preventive services for women” that all health plans will have to cover without co-pays or other cost-sharing — regardless of whether the insurer, the employer or other plan sponsor, or even the woman herself objects to such coverage.

It’s good to be the ~~king,~~ …errr I mean president. Dear Leader just believes he’s the king.

We need to get behind the Catholics in this fight. Our government is really beginning to believe they have no limits to their power, constitutional or otherwise. We need to let them know that’s not the case and that unless they rein themselves in revolution is coming.

To be clear the U.S.A. has a revolution every time we go to the polls and vote. You want a revolution go occupy a voting booth. Every elected official from The One down to your city council needs to know where you stand. That means making sure they know they will be out on their butts if they don’t realize this basic fact… they serve us not rule us.

Obama Defines Fair… at Least For Now.

30%=Fair who knew? President Obama knew that’s who, and he warned us all back in 2008 that he was more interested in fairness than revenue. Fairness makes since if you are 4 or 5 years old and wanting to make sure everybody gets the same number of turns on the merry go round… in tax policy not so much. The sole purpose of taxation is to raise revenue to fund the federal government and nothing else. Fairness as a reason for anything related to the tax code is a pure progressive/socialist fantasy on The One’s part.

Time and time again it’s been shown that when capital gains rates are lowered federal revenues go up and when they are raised federal revenues go down. Charlie Gibson at ABC used those facts when questioning Obama during the debate with Hillary Clinton. That’s when Obama said that fairness was his main reason for wanting to raise them.

GIBSON: And in each instance, when the rate dropped, revenues from the tax increased; the government took in more money. And in the 1980s, when the tax was increased to 28 percent, the revenues went down.

So why raise it at all, especially given the fact that 100 million people in this country own stock and would be affected?

OBAMA: Well, Charlie, what I’ve said is that I would look at raising the capital gains tax for purposes of fairness.

That brings us to the “Buffett Rule”. The One’s latest B.S. argument about fairness and taxes. He is either ignorant of tax law or a liar… you can guess where I come down on that question:-) No don’t guess I’ll just go ahead and tell you he’s flat out lying to everyone. He knows and Warren Buffett knows that taxes were paid twice on that income and that his effective tax rate was higher than his secretaries.

Obama… Finally Bringing Us That Fundamental Change

Editor’s note: In true occutard spirit the flag being burned above wasn’t even theirs… it was stolen. Don’t worry though Obama’s buddy Van Jones says “They’ve got moral clarity.”

President Obama said “You are the reason I ran for office.” People high up in The One’s administration like Nancy Pelosi said “God bless them for their spontaneity. It’s independent … it’s young, it’s spontaneous, and it’s focused. And it’s going to be effective.”

Others in Obama’s party like Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the chair of the Democratic National Committee said she admires the Occupy Wall Street protests. In fact President Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Debbie Wasserman Schulz are in a long and distinguished list of communists, Nazis, terrorist organizations, racists and anti-semites that have voiced their support for the occupy movement.

The occutards, just like The One want to fundamentally change the U.S.A.

The dumbmasses of the occupy movement are anti-freemarket, anti-personal responsibility, anti-semite, anti-… wait a second. I shouldn’t be so negative. I’ll start over and name some of the things the occupy movement supports. They are either pro-communist, pro-socialist or pro-anarchist depending on which one of the brilliant minds at an occupation you can find to ask. They are for having as much of their stuff and their bad decisions paid for by anybody else but them as they can.

They’re for public urination, public defecation, and as Nancy Pelosi says, “God bless them…” they’re not afraid of making themselves look like the dumbmasses that they are.

The movement that our Dear Leader and his party, the democrat party, have shown so much empathy for and agreement with has finally given Obama the images and the sound track for his fundamental change. Congratulations Mr. President, your fundamental change is finally taking shape. Welcome to your America.

Obama Spends Nearly 3 Months Out Of Three Years… GOLFING!

Nothing like having your priorities straight. The country is struggling to get out of an economic mess that The One’s policies are making worse, and our Dear Leader is spending an average of one month a year golfing. Thanks to Keith Koffler of WhiteHouseDossier.com for the math.

…Obama reaches a new milestone, having gone golfing 90 times in less than three years as president. That’s about three months of golf, given that the excursions generally take about five hours – much of the useful portion of the day.

Even More Reasons Arizona’s New Law Rocks

It’s not rocket science gang. You make it tough on the employers who hire illegal immigrants and they will move. Check these pulls from this article:

Many day laborers like Diaz say they will leave Arizona because of the law, which also makes it a crime to be in the U.S. illegally…

Diaz, 35, says he may follow three families in his neighborhood who moved to New Mexico because of the law.

Jose Armenta, a 33-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico’s western coast, is already planning to move to Utah within the next 20 days because of a combination of the economy and the new law.

Oh yeah, and one more reason worth mentioning again… The One can’t stand it.

I’ve never heard this term before but I like it:

Owners of shopping centers, car lots, banks, money wiring services, and even the Mexican Consulate in Phoenix, are witnessing the rise of “self-deportations,”

Self-deportations… sounds like success to me. You go Arizona!

Why We Need More States To Step Up And Do What Arizona Has Done

If anyone has any doubt why Arizona needs to be the model of immigration reform on a state level just read this from Reuters:

“Since the law says that people hiring undocumented day laborers will get fined, no-one wants to (hire) us,” said Aguilar, who early on Monday was among some two dozen migrants touting for landscaping and building work at a day labor site in north Phoenix.

“We are thinking of going to Utah or New Mexico … Here it is just too racist,” he added.

This is awesome! Aguilar’s response is priceless. He is an illegal immigrant giving a first hand account of the effects of fining the crap out of any business who hires illegal immigrants. They don’t. Farther down in the article you will see an even greater reaction. They will go somewhere else. Hopefully home and then come back legally… we would love to have them back here under those circumstances. I hope more states will follow Arizona’s lead and craft their own similar legislation.

Even more good news is that it upset our “Dear Leader”.

Obama Lies… Freedom Dies

The lies coming from the Whitehouse concerning health care reform continue. The media (main stream type), doesn’t call him on them and your freedom to choose how you handle your relationship with your doctor is getting closer and closer to being taken away from you.

Controlling your health care will give the federal government unprecedented control over your personal life. The second the government can dictate whether or not you can get the treatment you need to live based on a cost benefit analysis you are no longer in control of your life. You will be a slave to the federal government for as long as they decide it’s affordable to provide you the care you need to live. The One knows that this bill is just the first step and as soon as they control access they will be able to dictate whatever behavior of yours they consider relevant to your health… since they are now the ones providing your health care.

Our Socialist in Chief has chosen to lie about these bills from the beginning. Here’s just a few examples:

Your premiums will go down by double digits. – The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has determined that your premiums will go up not down.

The deficit will be lowered. – “When government outlays and revenue collection are considered together in a 10-year period, Medicare cuts are not double-counted, and the “doc fix” is included, the bill will substantially increase the deficit, with an overall cost of approximately $2.3 trillion.”

You can keep your coverage if you want. – CBO estimates up to 10 million Americans would no longer be covered by their employers.

No funding for abortion. – The Senate bill will provide funding for abortion. Unlike the House the Senate didn’t even vote for an amendment to stop it.

No reduction in access to medicare. – The bill would reduce Medicare payments by an estimated $493 billion over 10 years, including payment reductions for Medicare Advantage, hospital care, home health care, and nursing homes. Common sense tells you that can’t happen without reducing seniors access to their medicare benefits.

No “death panels”. – Call them what you like, these are still going to be the government bureaucrats who decide on how to control costs and who can get what treatment. Seems like a recipe for a “death panel” to me. When you don’t have the freedom to make your own life and death decisions what freedom do you have?

A vote against this bill is a vote for the status quo. – Patently false. A vote against this bill is a vote against this piece of crap bill… nothing more nothing less. A vote against this bill is a vote for personal freedom and against a government takeover of nearly 18% of our economy. A vote against this bill is a vote that will give us all a chance to consider a common sense free market approach to solving this issue.

These health care reform bills have absolutely nothing to do with health care reform and everything to do with the taking of your freedom. They are all about an already out of control government grabbing more and more power for itself and assuming for itself the power to make personal life and death decisions for you. If like me you find this totally against the principles this country was founded upon… an affront to the founders, the constitution, and your unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness then LET THEM KNOW NOW!
