It's not up to our government to determine what's "fair and reasonable". As a matter of fact our government wouldn't know what was "fair and reasonable" if it bit them in the a##. In a free country the government has no right to determine what anyone should make. Price and wage controls have never worked and never will. When a citizen gives up, or has the government take away from them the right to determine their own worth as an individual in the marketplace he or she will never get it back. Our children will never be able to enjoy the freedoms that you, I, and the generations before us have enjoyed. We will be royally screwing them. Think about it.

I think that we should cap all salaries. I think that the highest paid person in a company shouldn't make more than 10% more than the lowest paid person. So if the lowest paid person is making 20,000 then the highest paid person shouldn't be able to make more than 200,000. If the lowest paid person is making 30,000 then the highest paid person shouldn't make more than 300,000. I think this is extremely fair and reasonable.
